During the meeting, His Eminence said, "Promoting dialogue is the only solution to current humanitarian crises as well as the importance of cooperation between religious leaders to confront problems facing the world today namely extremism, racism and hate."

For their part, the delegation members thanked the Grand Imam for his noble efforts in promoting peace on an international level through Al-Azhar's many conference which are of great benefit to strengthening ties between Islam and non-Muslims while making global peace a real possibility.
