The Council is opening registrations for its first-ever ‘Summer Course’, aimed at developing young leaders in the fields of mediation and dispute-settlement. The course is set to be held in Geneva, Switzerland from the 10th to the 19th of August 2020.
The course will focus on training participants in the fields of mediation and peacebuilding, in order to promote peaceful dispute-settlement. It also aims to influence the organizations which employee these participants by providing them with adequate training to achieve the related goals and objectives. The course will be presented in English.
The Muslim Council of Elders’ summer course will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, with participants required to stay at the course’s allocated accommodation with a full commitment to attending the entirety of the training program. The Council will bear all costs related to the course for participants (visas, flights, transportation and living costs).
Applications that do not meet the required conditions and standards will not be considered.
