Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi bin Muhammed, member of the Muslim Council of Elders and senior advisor to His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; the Muslim Council of Elders is set to host the ‘Media Against Hate’ conference in the Jordanian Capital Amman. Running on the 27th and 28th of September, the conference will be held in conjunction with the Council’s participation at the Amman International Book Fair.
The conference aims to continue on the path set out at the ‘Arab Media Convention for Human Fraternity’ which was held in February 2020 in Abu Dhabi, and which produced the ‘Media Code of Ethics for Human Fraternity’.
Hosting several prominent Arab media personalities from various mediums, the ‘Media Against Hate’ conference will also discuss various issues in a number of discussion sessions over its course.
