The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of Saudi Arabia has today hosted His Eminence Dr Ahmed El-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders at Al Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.

During the meeting, King Salman welcomed His Eminence the Grand Imam to Saudi Arabia and praised him for his role in spreading Islamic values as well as his continued service towards the Muslim world.

For his part, the Grand Imam expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the hospitality shown by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques while also praising Saudi Arabia’s noble actions towards Islam and Muslims.
