The 49th edition of the Cairo International Book Fair 2018, the largest book fair in the region, marked the first participation of the Muslim Council of Elders in an international book fair under its official name. This debut provided an opportunity for direct engagement with the public, allowing visitors to learn more about the Council's mission, objectives, and publications. The Council also presented its activities and initiatives to a diverse audience, including officials, intellectuals, writers, students, and the general public of all ages and interests.
