ALIKtirath Fi Hoqouq Al Inath
The book “Al-Iktiraat fi Huquq Al-Nata’a” (Concern for Women’s Rights), written by Sheikh Muhammad bin Mustafa bin Al-Khoja Al-Jaza’iri, one of the most prominent scholars of Algeria, and edited by Dr. Mohand Mishnan, a faculty member at the Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, is one of the Council’s latest publications for the year 2024. It addresses many women’s issues and explains their rulings according to the principles of the Islamic religion and the provisions of its Sharia.
