His Grace Bishop Jeremiah
He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (1982) and is a Professor of Information Technology at the Institute of Coptic Studies. He was ordained as a General Bishop on May 30, 2004, and served as the Private Secretary to the late Pope Shenouda III from March 1995 to March 2012.
He is the Founder and President of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center in Egypt (since 2008), as well as the Founder and President of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Centers in the United States and Germany. Additionally, he established and has presided over the ME Sat Channel since 2011.
He has been the Assistant Secretary General of the Egyptian Family House since 2011 and the Rapporteur of the Islamic-Christian Dialogue Committee of the Public Relations Committee of the Holy Synod since 2013.
