He is a former member of the Saudi Shura Council and a faculty member in the Department of the Book and Sunnah at the College of Da'wah and Fundamentals of Religion, Umm Al-Qura University. He also serves as the General Supervisor of the World Committee for Supporting the Seal of the Prophets, peace be upon him, and is a member of the Arabic Language Academy in the International Network.
He has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and scientific and advocacy courses both inside and outside Saudi Arabia. He has been active in the media, appearing in newspapers, radio, Saudi television, and other satellite channels, and has ongoing programs, interviews, and occasional seminars.
He has authored more than forty published books, including *The Differences of the Muftis*, *Takfir of the People of the Two Testimonies (Its Impediments and Conditions)*, *Loyalty and Disavowal between Extremism and Harshness*, *Dealing with the Innovator (Between Rejecting His Innovation and Considering the Rights of His Islam)*, *Al-Muhkam (The Safety Valve of the Nation and the Basis of Steadfastness)*, *Formation of the Ability to Interpret*, and *Why (Answering Some Existential and Skeptical Questions)*.
