His Excellency Abdelkader Sheikh Ali Ibrahim Baghdadi
.He holds a Master's degree in Islamic Thought from the Department of Da'wa and Doctrine at Saddam University for Islamic Sciences (2002). He currently serves as the President of the Mohammed VI Foundation for African Scholars, Somalia Branch. His political career includes serving as Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in 2015, Minister of State for Justice and Judicial Affairs in 2017, and Minister of State for Presidential Affairs in 2018. He was also a candidate for the presidency of the Federal Republic of Somalia in 2021.
