His Eminence Dr. Mustapha Benhamza

His Eminence Dr. Mustapha Benhamza presides over the Ulema Council of Oujda of the Eastern Region in the Kingdom of Morocco, a branch of the Association of Scholars Graduates from Dar El Hadith El Hassania, and is the Director of the Baath Islamic Institute for Sharia Sciences in Oujda. He is also a member of the Muslim Council of Elders, the Supreme Scientific Council, the Council of Mohammed I University, the Islamic Research Academy of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE) in Morocco. Additionally, he is an honorary member of the International League of Islamic Literature. His Eminence has authored dozens of scholarly research works and studies.
