King of Bahrain Makes Phone Call to Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, to Inquire About His Health, Wishes Him a Speedy Recovery, and Congratulates Him on Eid al-Fitr
His Eminence Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, has received a phone call from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, inquiring about his health after a recent illness. His Majesty prayed to Almighty Allah for his recovery, to maintain his health and well-being, and to bless his efforts in serving Islam and Muslims. His Majesty also congratulated the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar on the upcoming occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
During the call, His Eminence the Grand Imam expressed his deep appreciation and esteem for this noble gesture from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, a man of great honor. He praised the King's earnest efforts in fostering dialogue and promoting human coexistence. The Grand Imam also extended congratulations to His Majesty and the gracious people of Bahrain on the forthcoming Eid al-Fitr, praying that Almighty Allah continues to bless the Kingdom of Bahrain with enduring security, stability, and prosperity.
