Ms. Dana Suyyagh
Al-Sayegh holds a BA in Islamic History and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Toronto, Canada. She began her journalism career at Al Jazeera in Doha in 1997 before moving to Al Arabiya in Dubai, where she contributed to the establishment and launch of several flagship news programs.
From 2005 to 2007, she served as the Director of News and Programs at the private Jordanian channel ATV. She then headed the Media Office of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah until 2012. In 2013, Al-Sayegh played a key role in launching Al Arab News Channel from Bahrain, where she also served as Director of News and Programs.
Currently, she is the CEO of Al Mamlaka TV, Jordan’s public service news channel, which offers comprehensive, 24/7 coverage of issues relevant to Jordanians both within the Kingdom and abroad.
