Dr. Sameh Fawzy
He is an Egyptian writer, academic researcher, and a former Shura Council member from the civil movement. He was a contributing member in drafting the Al-Azhar documents on Egypt's future in 2011. He writes for *Al-Ahram*, *Al-Shorouk*, *Asharq Al-Awsat*, and other newspapers and periodicals. He holds a PhD in Public Administration, focusing on social capital in non-governmental organizations, from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University (2011).
Among his notable works are *Colors of Freedom: The Fourth Wave of Democratic Transformation in the World*, *Accountability and Transparency: Problems of Modernizing Egyptian Administration in a Changing World*, and *Good Governance*.
