His Excellency Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen
His Excellency Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen holds a PhD in Political Sociology from the American University in Washington, D.C. (1986). Over the course of his career, he has held numerous key positions, including Director General of the Cabinet and Chief Adviser at the OIC General Secretariat. He has also served as the Saudi Minister of Social Affairs, Secretary-General of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Foundation for Developmental Housing, Director-General of the Charity Committee for Orphans’ Care (Ensan), Assistant Undersecretary for Social Welfare and Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and Advisor at the same Ministry in Saudi Arabia.
