His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash
His Excellency Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash holds a PhD in Islamic Sciences. He serves as the Supreme Sharia Judge in Palestine and as Advisor to the Palestinian President for Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations. Previously, he held several ministerial positions, including Minister of Social Affairs, Minister of Agriculture, and Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs. He is the founder and president of the Al-Sabeel Center for Studies and Media, and the founder and Editor-in-Chief of An-Nasihah newspaper.
