Dr. Ali Al-Hassan

He is a member of the Islamic-Christian Dialogue Committee in Lebanon and a pediatrician trained at the University of Frankfurt, where he also serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine. He has held various leadership roles, including President of the Lebanese Students Association in Germany, President of the German University Graduates Association in Frankfurt, and President of the German University Graduates Association in Lebanon.

He has also served as Vice President of both the Fifth of June Association and the Friends of Jerusalem Association. He is the founder and president of the Association of Intellectuals of Deprived Areas in Lebanon and a member of the Political Bureau of the Amal Movement. He has represented the Shiite community in the National Committee for Islamic-Christian Dialogue since 1992 and is a member of the Lebanese Dialogue Gathering.

His publications include *Our Children's Encyclopedia*, a three-part series covering child growth, nutrition, and problems (Part One); illnesses and treatments (Part Two); and emergency cases and first aid (Part Three). He has also authored *From Memory: His Life and Political Activities*, along with around 100 political, social, and critical articles.
