Member of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia and Chairman of Sharia Committee at the General Authority for Awqaf
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Qais bin Mohammed Al Sheikh Mubarak
He is a Professor of Jurisprudence in the Department of Islamic Studies at King Faisal University in Dammam. He serves on several committees, including the Sharia Council of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions and the Board of Trustees of the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue. He was also previously a member of the Council of Senior Scholars. The Sheikh earned his PhD from the University of Ez-Zitouna in Tunisia.
