The pavilion of the Muslim Council of Elders at the Cairo International Book Fair held a seminar, entitled “Orientalists and the Sources of Islamic Legislation,” with the participation of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Awad, Professor of Literary Criticism at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University. The seminar was moderated by the journalist Dr. Saad Al-Mutani.
